Develop Leadership Potential with Career Coaching
Career coaching addresses an organization’s tactical needs for talent development and can further an individual’s personal growth and professional development within their organization.
The Process
An individual coaching program is custom-designed following a preliminary assessment that enables the participant to gain insight into their: - values
- unique strengths
- areas of interest and
- opportunities.
Alternatively, a 360° feedback study or other
assessment tool
can be used to identify the participant’s core competencies, strengths and areas for development. The career coaching program allows the participant to explore new perspectives and creates a personal development plan identifying areas for directed action, which may include working with a : - manager
- team member or leader
- career and/or leadership development and/or
- enhancing key management skills.
The first session, takes place in person or by phone, and is a Mstrong>discovery session that takes up to 2 hours. It results in an assessment and planning tool that establishes objectives and forms the basis for the coaching program. Typically, Professional Development Coaching programs are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly for a total of 12 1-hour sessions over a six month period. On-Call Coaching is available by phone or email, as needed, throughout the coaching program.
