Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a development process, custom-designed with senior leaders and managers to enhance their effectiveness. A four-session one-on-one executive coaching package includes a discovery session and three follow-up sessions. Individuals identify their strengths, challenges and blind spots. They learn about their unique leadership style and develop a personal development plan. Ongoing executive coaching, to support leaders and managers in realizing their personal development objectives, may be scheduled weekly or biweekly over a period of 3 to 18 months and is delivered over the phone or in person. On-Call coaching is available by phone or email, as needed, throughout the coaching program.
