Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a development process, custom-designed with senior leaders and managers to enhance their effectiveness.

A four-session one-on-one executive coaching package includes a discovery session and three follow-up sessions. Individuals identify their strengths, challenges and blind spots. They learn about their unique leadership style and develop a personal development plan.

Ongoing executive coaching, to support leaders and managers in realizing their personal development objectives, may be scheduled weekly or biweekly over a period of 3 to 18 months and is delivered over the phone or in person. On-Call coaching is available by phone or email, as needed, throughout the coaching program.

Who’s it for?

  • A seasoned executive, frustrated by their perceived inability to manage with available resources.

  • A manager having trouble getting themselves or their team organized and focused.

  • A leader who’s technically skilled yet lacks people skills.

  • A manager facing and dealing with internal or external change.
  • A successful executive who wants to develop specific competencies.

  • A solid middle or senior manager who wants support in developing a new initiative.

Those who have finished learning find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists. Eric Hoffer, Philosopher
