Her unique combination of senior management experience, board development, strategic planning, process redesign, team building and culture change creates a strong proposition for clients who value her ability to help them understand their context, assess their opportunities, get organized and design aligned action plans that accelerate the delivery of sustainable strategic results. Clients recognize Julia for her tremendous leadership skills, entrepreneurial passion, vision of the future and an ability to quarterback and assemble a team of players to get the job done - skills she developed over 25 years experience in the cultural sector where she worked as a senior level executive, artistic and managing director producing high-profile events to meet specific client objectives. She has expertise in leadership models, tools and coaching techniques and has designed and delivered engagement, training and development programs, and produced international festivals, conferences and events involving hundreds of diverse stakeholders. In 1999, she was honored with a Humanitarian Award from Toronto Artists for a Better World, for creating Festive Earth Society, a non-governmental organization, bringing artists and scientists together with community to promote environmental awareness and action. She was nominated for The Canadian Urban Institute’s Leadership Award Program, in 2003 and 2004. Julia subsequently produced an International Arts Festival in 2004, an International Camp for 3,000 girls and women for Girl Guides of Canada in 2006, the 2008 Women’s Health Forum and Expo and a 2009 Conference on Women and Mental Health in the Workplace for Women’s College Hospital. Julia also draws on her early professional experience as an actor, director and acting coach, as well as the knowledge gained through her certified holistic healing practice. It informs her approach to helping leaders and organizational clients navigate stressful situations, improve productivity and create workplaces of choice, while assisting individuals to improve their performance and enhance their work-life satisfaction.

A compassionate facilitator, Julia is known for her authenticity and her creativity in helping her clients recognize and let go of illusion, deception, delusions built on fear, opening up to and trusting themselves to reveal deeply-held hopes and dreams long-hidden and buried in their past.
