Leadership Development Coaching
Leadership development coaching is a client-focused Transitions Coaching strategy, custom-designed to help top performers excel. It’s ideal for leaders who want to enhance their personal power to innovate, negotiate difficult situations, inspire and engage others.
Process
The first session, takes place in person or by phone, and is a discovery session that takes up to 2 hours. It results in an assessment and planning tool that establishes objectives and forms the basis for the coaching program. Engagements for one-on-one coaching are typically for a four to six month period, with 45 – 60 minute sessions scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, delivered over the phone or in person. On-Call coaching is available by phone or email, as needed, throughout the coaching program.
