Mindfulness Training for the Workplace
Mindfulness training programs for the workplace integrate established forms of mental training with scientifically-proven meditation, complementary healing, relaxation and coaching practices and are custom-designed for today’s fast-paced, dynamic and high-stress workplace.
Programs range from a 2-hour Discover Mindfulness Introductory Workshop to an 8 - 12 week (16-24 hour), on-site, Workplace Mindfulness Training Course.

As in any coaching relationship, confidentiality is absolute. Participants are encouraged to honour their experience and respect that of others.
Any information shared is done so only once permission is willingly granted for the purpose of enhancing the individual and group learning experience.
Planning and Evaluation
We are committed to providing workshops and programs that foster sustainable success. A planning meeting with program sponsor and introductory workshop with all participants provides an orientation and ensures expectations are clarified and questions are answered.
Evaluation and feedback to assess program effectiveness and to determine next steps whether by online survey or in person, completes the Mindfulness Training program.
