Stress management in the workplace is a critical necessity to enable a productive work environment. Change, when coupled with work overload, shifting priorities and challenging workplace dynamics can produce unbearable levels of stress, leading to negative professional and personal consequences. Balancing stress and recovery creates alignment, focus, renewal and reconnection with what matters deeply, enhancing awareness, personal resilience and wholeness.

The Stress Management Training Program provides the concepts, practices, tools and resources in a high-impact action-learning environment to help participants improve their stress management skills, life work balance and performance.

Anyone wishing to reduce stress and improve self management skills and performance; individuals with direct reports, in transition, facing a promotion, working in teams or those coordinating complex projects.

Program Description

The Stress Management Program is a coach/trainer-led experiential workshop combined with self-study activity. The program introduces participants to the ACT coaching model – a practical tool for personal leadership development. The workshop is an introduction to self improvement through stress management coaching and may be extended through coaching circles, additional workshops or one on one coaching.

Program Format

The Stress Management in the Workplace Training Program is available as a 1/2 day or full-day training program. Also available in 45 minute interactive and fun Lunch and Learn Sessions.

Extended Programs offer Additional Action-Learning Opportunities

  • A phased-in learning approach through on-the-job action learning, one on one coaching, self study, additional workshops to deepen and integrate the learning through action

  • Participants bring real job assignments, business or life-improvement projects to the Stress Management Workshop Program

  • Coaching Circles, following the introductory workshop, designed strategically around on-the-job development needs focus on real-time issues, facilitate peer problem-solving and support, enhance communication, collaboration and improve productivity.

  • An orientation session, pre-workshop briefing notes, workshop description and agenda, and resource list is provided for all participants.
