Leadership Coaching:

Professional coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that allows the coachee to discover and develop their potential, deepen their learning, enhance their quality of life and improve their performance.

The professional coach recognizes the coachee as a naturally creative, resourceful and whole person. Their client’s number one advocate, the coach helps them discover the reservoir of possibilities within and supports them in the development of new skills, mental attitudes and behavioural changes to achieve their goals.

The terms and length of the coaching program are defined at the outset determined through informal needs assessments and information sharing or through validated state of the art assessment tools, effective for selecting people for performance cultures, career pathing, succession planning and strategic culture change. Regular progress reviews inform the process.
