Since 1998 I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. But it wasn't until 2008 when I had my own life changing experience that I a "breakthrough experience" that taken my Coaching to a who new level. I had accomplished a lot up to that point personally through education and professional but life was waiting and it all came to a head. That's when I really had to face fears, confront darkness, and ultimately find my source of power to get back to life and live my mission- to help others reach their potential, achieve goals, have amazing experiences, live life fully! And of course, for me to do the same!

My work with FranklinCovey equipped me with a foundation in EXCELLENCE, now having worked with Leaders, Managers, employees, and Business Founders to grow personally as Leaders, develop Leadership Teams, cultivate strong, healthy organizational culture, and a dynamic, diverse workforce. I am a member of the Center for Executive Leadership continually adding to my toolbox for leaders. I teach Kaizen principles of continuous improvement and coach leaders to stretch, asking simple yet sometimes the hard questions and getting to solutions necessary to exponentially continue to grow. You get measurable results on the imperatives. As Founder and Principal of Kaizen Consulting & Executive I bring 26 yrs. experience helping Leaders leverage strengths and address weaknesses through a 5 point program to increase Fitness for Leadership. I help leaders leverage several years of trainings and implement in daily practices. With a Master level background in timeless content including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, DiSC, Strengths, Situational Leadership and other notable leadership and productivity content (i.e. Focus: Achieving Your Highest Priorities) I serve Leaders globally online, and throughout the United States, and proudly near home in the Great Los Angeles area of So. Cal. I have worked with amazing large and small organizations, public and private sector, in education, manufacturing, health, banks, most every industry. My gift is to strategically helping Leaders "Move From Where You are to Where You Want to Be" by assessing and addressing what is getting in the way to move forward.
